Rain rain!

Happy fathers day to Ren, Kurt, David, and David!!! Today as we went to church with all the kids, I couldn't help to think of how fortunate we are to have you guys as dads! The kids at Agape DO have a wonderful Father in heaven that loves them more than anyone could.

Breanne's presence here has brought us so many hilarious moments. This blog is dedicated to some of those moments. We took a few group pictures on self timer of course. Enjoy!

We went to the night market the other evening with our friends that are working in Chiang Mai from ACU. It was very overwhelming at first! We pushed through booth after booth looking for fun things to bring you guys home! Get excited! We got split up from each other in about 15 minutes. These are a few shots Kirstyn got from our time at the market.

I forgot to tell all of you this story last week. We go to a grocery store that has international products: peanut butter, lunch meat, and well...cheese. We were checking out and I happened to be looking at the computer as she was scanning our items. As the cheese glided across my mind was trying to convert Baht to dollars. It was a SHOCK. We spent $10 on cheese and let's just say it was our last block of cheese until August. OOPS!

Breanne has had an interesting week with us! We had 4 bikes when she arrived. I gave her a bike that seemed to be nicer than the rest. As we were riding home yesterday, her chain basically exploded. She had to walk it home, and a friendly worker who is always next door helped her fix it! Well it broke again, so we are now down to 3 bikes! This means I usually jump on the back of one of their bikes and they pedal their hearts out to get to our destination. Now even more people laugh at us as we ride along!

Today Breanne had a good laugh as we drove to church. We were in a 15 passenger van with 30 people in it. We were all piled on top of people. Kirstyn actually had a girl twice her size sitting on her lap the whole way home. Haha!

The karate man was back this week. Here is what we have to show for it...

We secretly snapped this shot. We think he was aware of his photo shoot.

Breanne is getting used to riding bikes still. Today we went on a run and Breanne wanted to ride her bike along side of us.
1. Breanne had her headphones in and we almost witnessed her running into a car. (That's a better way of saying she almost got hit by a car.) Don't worry, we were all screaming at her to get her attention. She is still in tact!

2. While we were running, Breanne saw another little boy riding his bike in the same area. She began racing him. Her and her new little friend raced for about 20 minutes until he got tired.

It is the beginning of rainy season here. This means awesome rain showers almost daily. We have also seen an increase in lizard activity. JOY!

Here is the flood in our backyard!

These are some flowers that Kirstyn picked on our walk the other day!

The kids are getting to know us a little better and get acquainted with Breanne! It is really fun to see which ones connect with her really well. We are getting to know the kids personalities much better now. it is funny to see the vast differences between the kids. Working with kids any where always makes for some hilarious stories. Yesterday we found a little boy who was drinking water out of a film canister. At the bottom of the canister was brown playdo, yum. Also yesterday, Kirstyn and Taylor broke up a fight right before it got nasty. Way to go girls! Here are a few pictures from the past few days.

Almost every day we try to do a puzzle! It is a love/hate relationship. Some days, we run out of time and have to put them up before they are done. That's not the best feeling in the world!

We are going to bed aware that there are probably 5 lizards watching us sleep.
Love to you guys!
